The particularly spacious, tastefully furnished Beletage, which is accessible from the forecourt of the house, is equipped with a large living room with an open fireplace. It has a fully equipped eat-in kitchen connected to the living room. The oversized window front offers a breathtaking view of the Bay of Bagniaia. On the same level there are three double bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom. These and all other bathrooms in the house are designed with Bisazza tiles and equipped with glass-enclosed, walk-in rain showers.
A wide staircase leads from the spacious entrance of the Beletage to the upper penthouse floor. Due to the hillside location of the villa, this penthouse floor can also be reached via a few steps and a separate entrance from the back of the villa. This floor has two bedrooms, two private terraces and two beautiful bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen borders the light-flooded living room. From here you enter the imposing and impressive roof terrace, from which you can enjoy a fantastic view of the rolling hills, the sea and a breathtaking starry night sky.
There are beautiful outdoor seating areas and terraces around the property - whether for dining at the large table and outdoor fireplace, for an aperitif in lounge furniture with a view of the sea or in the shade of old trees. The 11x5m pool is below the villa. It can be reached via a gently sloping, long staircase about 50 meters away in a forest clearing.

Summary: We spent two weeks in the house overlooking the bay and had a wonderful time. The house is beatifully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen, much bigger that we thought from the photos. The view from the living room is superb, but so are views from the many other spots were you can sit and enjoy the surrounding nature. Then of course a wonderfult pool immersed in the Elba forest. Almost no reason to leave the house for one of Elba's many beaches! Last but not least, Fabian was an incredibly responsive and flexible host. Thanks for a great time!
